We are a member of the Northern Arizona Builders Association in order to keep current on local industry factors. We are also members of the National Home Builders Association to keep up on national issues.
Our homes are designed with our customers in mind at all times. Dramatic entryways, vaulted ceilings, upgrades such as granite countertops and knotty pine cabinetry are common in our homes. Our homes are designed best to take advantage of the natural light and scenery provided on our building lots. The homes are designed to catch the eye of the consumer with small cosmetic touches both inside and outside our homes. Our homes are planned to be practical, efficient and totally livable. Our design include as much storage space, and living space as can be sensibly built. We are designing home that can be flexible, such as often having a room that can be used as a home office, as a study, as a den or as an occasional guest bedroom. Each home will be tailored to the building lot to make the best use of that space. We take pride in constantly trying to improve each home every time we build it.
